We solve everything that has to do with Windows, viruses, WiFi problems or fixing a program that is not working properly. We have a solution in 99% of all cases. However, we cannot repair anything hardware-wise. So if we discover that something is broken in your laptop or computer, we will notify you promptly and immediately provide a price indication of any costs you may incur at the local repairshop.

Most computer problems are generally resolved in a few minutes. In only 2% of all cases does the repair take longer than 60 minutes. If that is the case, we will take responsibility and continue until the problem is resolved, without it costing you anything.

Yes it is. You can follow everything we do on your screen. We do not look at your personal documents without your permission and with just 1 click you can disconnect the connection and we can no longer log in to your computer without your permission. We do ask you to leave the mouse or mousepad alone while we are working, so that we can work without disruptions.

That's the best part. You don't have to. Just as you are not obliged to pay anything when you have been helped by us. You decide it all yourself.
